NOTES:
The Stab, 10. Panzer-Division was raised on 1.04.1939 and consisted of a Headquarters, Panzer Division. After the Poland Campaign was over, the 10. Panzer Division was formally constituted as a field division, and most of the attached units became a permanent part of the division. The Panzerverband Kemp was also incorporated, (although without the SS components), and some further Heerestruppe units were added starting in October 1939.
